Annual Tech and Safety Training
2017 annual tech inspection and safety training
April 8th, 2017 our annual tech inspection and safety training will be held at the Norris Penrose event center. The address is 1045 Lower Gold Camp Rd #3, Colorado Springs, CO 80905.
The event will be held from 10am to 4Pm, we will also have grill some food for lunch so come hungry and support the club.

2016 Annual Tech Inspection (rescheduled)
This years annual tech inspection has been postponed a week due to the snow storm coming in. There will be no late fees if you enter for Temple Canyon at tech. It will be held on Saturday, April 23rd from 9am till 3pm. The location is at Colorado Springs Dodge, we will have food for lunch available along with some CHCA Swag. So bring your race car out and have it teched before Temple Canyon and be ready for the first race of the year April 30th.

25th Annual Temple Canyon 2016
Join us for our 25th year of action packed racing in Temple Canyon Park just outside of Canon City, CO.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the gate. Kids under 12 are always free! Tickets are good for both days.
Friday, April 29th:
3rd Annual Racer’s Meet on Main Street in Canon City! *FREE*
Saturday, April 30th:
Gates open at 6AM. Practice and qualifying starts at 8AM!
Sunday, May 1st:
Gates open at 8AM. Racing starts at 10AM!
New Fan? Make sure you plan to stay the entire day on the course. Bring food, drinks, chairs, sunscreen, and extra clothing. You will park off the road in a safe place. Once the racing begins, the road is closed! You may move only if Race Control approves – if unsure STAY PUT!

RACERS MEET INFO:
Friday, April 29th is the 3rd Annual Racer’s Meet presented by Imagine Media on Main Street in Canon City!
This event is to promote the 25th Annual Temple Canyon Hill Climb! We will have some of the race cars that will be racing that weekend on display from 5pm-8pm at the The Neon Bottle at Kates (331 Main Street). Come check out the cars up close and personal and meet the drivers! This event is FREE and open to all ages (21+ to drink). Come down and support the CHCA and help us kick off the season opening race!
This will be the first day of a three day racing event in Canon City! Be sure to join us for our 25th Anniversary in Temple Canyon and support your favorite drivers starting on April 30th!!!
The Neon Bottle will be selling pre sale race tickets at this event! Tickets will be good for Saturday AND Sunday for only $10 or $12 at the gate! Check out the official Facebook event for the race in Temple Canyon on our page for more details!

FOR THE DRIVERS:
If you are interested in having your car on display, please get in contact with the CHCA or Devon AfroThunder of Imagine Media!! Space is limited so the sooner you confirm a spot the better! If you plan on having a car set up for the event, be sure to have it parked and ready by 5pm sharp! Once parked, your car must remain parked until at least 8pm! There will be areas to park haulers and trailers. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have!

3rd Annual Temple Canyon Racer’s Meet Announcement
We are on track for our 3rd Annual Temple Canyon Racer’s Meet. This will be taking place at the Neon Bottle on Main Street in Canon City again this year. Last year was a great event and we would like to see more fans and cars attend this year!
The date has been set for Friday, April 29, 2016 from 5pm-8pm.
This event is open to all ages and free! Come check out the cars that will be racing Temple Canyon that weekend up close and get autographs from the drivers!
