Hello everyone,

We would like to let you know that they May Monarch Race has been postponed to the first weekend of October (2nd and 3rd). We have deemed the road to be too unsafe to race on this upcoming weekend. For those of you that have rooms at the Monarch Mountain Lodge, you will be given a full refund up until Tuesday May 11th at 12:00 PM, or you can push your reservation for the July race if you would like. If you cancel after Tuesday at noon, you can still push your reservation or receive a voucher that is good for 24 months. We look forward to seeing everyone at what is now our first event of the season, the Rangely Hill Climb on June 12th and 13th.

We will be having 2 tech inspections this year. The Second will be held at Norris Penrose Events Center in Colorado Springs, CO on May 1st. We would like as many people to show up as possible to make it easier on the tech inspector for the first race. The address is as follows:

The first meeting that will take place there will be this Tuesday, February 2nd. We encourage everyone to attend that can. We will also have a zoom section, and that link will be posted on Tuesday. Hello everyone! Just Just reminder that we have been approved to hold our rules meeting in person at Norris Penrose Event Center. We are holding this meeting tomorrow Saturday, January 9, starting at 10am. Please be prepared to wear a mask as we will be indoors. We will be trying to include a zoom portion of the meeting so that as many people as possible can be involved. We do recommend that you attend if you can. If you would like the zoom link please message us and we will get it to you tomorrow.

We have been approved to hold our rules meeting in person at Norris Penrose Stadium. We are hoping to hold it this Saturday, January 9, starting at 10am. Please be prepared to wear a mask as we will be indoors. We will finalize the time and date as soon as possible. The monthly meeting will be held over zoom tomorrow, and the invitation will be posted on the memories page. Please let us know if you would like it emailed to you as well.

A few announcements: The rules meeting that was scheduled for Saturday, December 5, has been postponed until a later date.

Any proposals for changes to class construction rules need to be submitted by January 5, 2021.

Below is the tentative schedule for the 2021 season. Please keep in mind that these dates are not set or final and could be changed due to Covid restrictions, but should help plan ahead for next year.
